To ensure that you have the most options for Commissions make sure that you get to the Commerce Guild before 8:00 as the other builder will typically pick up a Commission around 8:10. The following are the rankings of Commissions from lowest to highest: So if you want to do a quick glance, you should always take a look at the letter on the Commission. Higher ranking Commissions will typically yield more Gol, relationship points and Town reputation. The reason I mention this is because I typically focus my energy on Commissions that will build relationships with characters I like versus Commissions that simply make the most Gol since there are other ways to make Gol in the game.Īs players level up their Workshop they will unlock different tiers of Commissions. Typically for me, I don’t care much for the relationship-building aspects of games, though I’m trying to care more in My Time at Sandrock as when I finally married my Boo Arlo in My Time at Portia, I got extremely excited. Do you want the one that gives you more Gol? Do you want to complete one that raises your relationship with a particular character? Now, if there are multiple Commissions you can complete in a day, you can weigh your choice in different ways. Whether this means that the item that is requested can be made very easy in the Worktable without having to wait for Crafting Stations to pump out their resources, or it’s a Commission that you already have the product for, completing Commissions on the same day or the next day is going to be the most important aspect of the game.Īs players will only be able to accept a single Commission per day, clearing one quickly will help ensure that you make as much Gol as possible, even if the request you accept doesn’t provide the most Gol. Firstly, they should always make sure that they accept a Commission that is fast for them to complete. Players should pay attention to a few things when it comes to Commissions. Luckily for players, in My Time at Sandrock, they will actually be able to decide what Crafting Stations they want to unlock in their preferred order instead of being at the mercy of the Research Center. Players should always be aware that they may be offered a Commission that they cannot complete as they will not have all the recipes available to them and will either need to purchase recipes or will need to unlock the various Crafting Stations required by using Data Disks. Players will be offered around 3-5 Commissions daily ranging in difficulty, though at first, all Commissions will be around the same difficulty. While at the moment I’m not streaming My Time at Sandrock I do play a lot of similar games on Twitch, though it’s a great place to ask me questions live, even if I’m not playing the game.Īt the end of the day, My Time at Sandrock is still a game that is heavily based on Commissions and making sure that you complete tasks that the community will benefit from. Note: If you’d like to follow my adventures in My Time at Sandrock check out my YouTube videos. While My Time at Sandrock is in Early Access still and will go through plenty of changes before the game is fully released, it seems like the Gol META has already been made, so I thought I would let you know about some of the best ways you can make Gol immediately. I personally got gated by the research center taking their sweet ol’ time, even though I provided them with the max amount of data disks you could provide them with, but I ultimately realized I was pushing past events that I shouldn’t have had access to so early on because I’m a keener. While each game is different, requiring players to hold onto particular items as they are harder to farm or get a hold of, My Time at Sandrock follows a similar path to My Time at Portia, though there are a few slight variances.Īs you may have already known, I found Gol extremely easy to get in My Time at Portia, finding ways of benefiting from the market early on and having no difficulty in the mid-to-late game to actually upgrade my Workshop to max long before it was even required for me to have everything. When it comes to playing any Farming Simulator such as Stardew Valley, My Time at Portia, or in this case My Time at Sandrock, it’s extremely ideal that players make as much money as they can in the early game as this will ensure that the mid-to-late game is extremely smooth and you won’t get stuck due to a lack of resources.
